Better late than never

Hi! Wow! I just realized how long it's been since I posted a blog. I'M SORRY! Life was really busy with teaching, spending time with my brother's family (being Aunt Nelle is GREAT!),grading, wedding planning, keeping up with friends here, and finding some time to relax. It was great seeing my brother and his family again. I feel like I've been spoiled because my first year and a half, I only saw my family 1 time when I went to America. However, I've seen them 3 times in the last year and a half and I'll be seeing them again in May! It's really nice and it helps me realize how important family is and it makes our time sweeter. Enjoy some pictures above :D

Finally, the term just ended and finals week is over. All of my finals are graded and the final grades are averaged. Now, I just have to wait for the university to open the computer system so that I can officially put them in the computer. YEAH!

Does that mean life has slowed down? No, but it does mean my room is a little bit cleaner :D. I bet my mom will be happy to hear that since she's going to be living with me a month before the wedding :D. I've jumped right into wedding planning. May 9 is coming quickly! I got measured for my dress (YEAH!) and am anxiously awaiting to pick it up in a month, addressing invitations (they're coming I PROMISE), did a little cake shopping, but my mom's back to making the cake (YEAH! No dry cake OR salty icing! My mom's amazing), and Arm and I were out all day today doing wedding stuff, so we've still been busy. We also both have camps coming up. Arm is going with the church on a 2 day retreat (March 7-8) and I am going on an English camp with the university March 9-11. Since I've FINALLY gotten a chance to breath (kind of), Arm and I didn't think it was a good time to be at 2 different camps for 5 days, so I'm not going on the church camp.

Please pray for the English camp I will be going on. It was how I met my student Jan (who became a Christian and has been going to a YWAM church, but I still call and chat with her from time to time) and I would like to take advantage of it again. Also, my relationships with the teachers at the university have also deepened and I will get to spend some "out-of-the-office" time with them on this camp as well. Also pray for my mom as she is helping me wedding plan currently from the other side of the world, but in 4 weeks and 1 day she'll be in Thailand helping me wedding plan. Pray that she adjusts well and doesn't have any problems while she's here. Also, pray for all my friends (3 from college) and my family who will be travelling. There are still some arrangements to be made, so pray we can make those smoothly and in budget :D. Finally, please pray for my relationship with Arm. We know marriage is not a small decision and our counselors have painted a very real-life picture of marriage for us. We realize how much prayer and hard work goes into marriage and we'll continue to learn and see this throughout the rest of our lives. We value and covet your prayers for our personal lives and our life together. Thank you so much!

May God bless you all and continue to reveal more of Himself to you daily.
